What are face exercises?
First of all, to define facial exercises, they are a series of exercises you perform on various muscle and muscle groups in the face and neck. They are resistance-type exercises performed in order from the scalp right on down the face to the neck. When certain muscle and muscle groups are exercised consistently (3-5 times per week), then yes, you will begin to notice a difference in the appearance of your skin, generally within 2-4 weeks.
What specific changes will you notice by doing facial exercises?
The first thing you will probably notice is a better-looking complexion. When you are exercising muscles and increasing and improving the blood flow to those muscles, it will naturally result in a healthier-looking complexion. You may notice the appearance of blemishes diminishing, better color to a ruddy complexion and well, just a better looking complexion and texture to your skin.
A facial exercise program consists of performing a series of 28 specific exercises in a certain order. You can add more exercises to the routine if you have an area of your face or your neck which needs more attention, but you start out with 28 exercises. There are also other exercises you can perform while washing or moisturizing the face and neck.
The exercises themselves are very simple to learn. After a few days of practice while sitting up and looking in the mirror to make sure you are getting the technique right, you are ready to go.
The best part about a facial exercise program is that you can run through it in just 15 minutes per day. So, you can complete the exercises first thing in the morning, or before bed. You will perform most of the exercises lying down, to create a greater level of resistance for maximum results.
What parts of the face/neck can benefit from facial exercises?
You can effectively get rid of lines and wrinkles from your forehead, bridge of nose, crow's feet, cheeks, "howdy doody" lines, mouth, chin, jowls and your neck. These exercises do a nice job on your whole face, in addition to toning and firming up your jawline and tightening up a turkey neck. There are also exercises to lift your brows and get rid of those "hooded" eye lids.

No, they won't work if you don't do them consistently. Much like anything from losing weight to exercising your body, it will take a commitment. If you really want to look younger naturally, then facial exercises can help you get there.
Yes, they work if you do them. The longer you do the exercises, the better and more dramatic results you will see.
