The first thing you have to decide is how you want to go about achieving a younger look. Do you want to go the cosmetic surgery route? Do you want to make some changes in your lifestyle (tanning, smoking, etc.) that directly affect your skin? How committed are you to looking younger? How much time and effort are you willing to put into it?
For me, I'm really committed to doing whatever it takes to make a difference in how I look. When I look in the mirror, I am not at all happy with what I see, and therefore, am extremely motivated to do whatever I can to look better. I am willing to set aside at least 15-30 minutes per day dedicated to taking care of my skin, whether that involves facial exercises (which I love by the way), revving up my skin care regime, and taking my vitamins and antioxidants every day.
I hope this blog can help you on your journey to looking younger. My goal is to keep up-to-date on the latest developments and raise awareness of new products, technologies and answers to the biggest question...what is the best thing for wrinkles?
As I found out, there are some common sense things to keep in mind such as getting rest, reducing and managing stress properly, eating right, quit smoking, and so on. But for the extra help and attention aging skin needs, that's what I really want to learn more about.
I hope you find this blog educational and informative. I'd like all of us to look better and better as we age. Now isn't that a great thought?
